This gallery shows images of some cruise ships and private yachts that have visited the Bailiwick of Guernsey in the English Channel. Guernsey is a part of the Channel Islands, Great Britain. Most of the cruise ships anchor in the Little Roussel, which is the sea passage between Guernsey and the small islands of Herm and Jethou. Many of the images have been taken from the St. Peter Port harbour wall. Other images have been taken from nearby rocky shores or from boats passing the cruise ships. Recent images are displayed in chronological order. The first images taken were of the 'Song of Flower' in June 1995 and the Canberra on her last journey in 1997.

The cruise ship Saga Rose anchored in the Little Russell to the east of Guernsey and infront of the island of Jethou in the Channel Islands, Great Britain. The Saga Rose is raising one of the motor boats used to ferry passengers to St. Peter Port harbour. Photographed on the 3 June 2006.

Sealord photography's biodiversity images began with a focus on international commercial seafood species and the marine life of the Bailiwick of Guernsey, Great Britain.

Sealord photography has a growing collection of digital images covering climate change, the environment and sustainability issues.

Sealord photography also covers the Guernsey community and particularly the fund raising activities of Guernsey charities as part of the island's social sustainability.

The fish, shellfish and marine life images would not be possible if it were not for the generosity of commercial and recreational fishermen in Guernsey, and seafood suppliers at various trade shows in the USA, and wholesalers at Fulton Fish Market in New York City.

Many marine biologists have helped identify or confirm the identity of marine species photographed. These people have been mentioned when possible.
