The 34 th. Street Partnership must be congratulated for placing planters filled with beautiful flora in the area of 34 th Street. In late August the floral display in the square below where Broadway crosses 6 th. Avenue is particularly spectacular and attractive. Given the huge volume of traffic and the throngs of people in this area the introduction of greenery and attractive flowers is a welcome relief. The plants in this image stand on 34 th.
