The tide table told us the tide would rise to a height of 10.3 metres at 0738 on 2 March 2010 but because the atmospheric pressure was 1022 mb Hg the tide did not cross St. Peter Port waterfront road.  The tide did overlap the harbour wall and cover the outer edges of the Albert Quay car park.
