This white bream, Diplodus sargus, was caught by Troy Waterman fishing off Ozanne Steps north of Fermain Bay on Guernsey's east coast on 26 October 2011. The fish had a total weight of 14 ounces and 8 drams. 

It had a total length of 264 mm, a fork length of 232 mm, and a standard length of 199 mm.

This Atlantic bonito, Sarda sarda, was captured by Peter Merrien while netting for bass, Dicentrarchus labrax, near Hanois Lighthouse off Guernsey's south-west coast on 21 November 2010.  The Atlantic bonito had a total length of 53.7 cm, a fork length of 50.8 cm and a total weight of 1716 grams.  The fish was given to RL and photographed on 29 November 2010.

On 4 May 1999, a 2779 gram (2.779 kg.) female Eagle Ray, Myliobatis aquila, was caught by trawl in 15 metres of water at about 2000 hours on Schole bank, off Guernsey, Channel Islands, English Channel.  The bank is composed of broken shell and sand.  

The Eagle Ray was caught with blonde rays, brill and a few lesser spotted dogfish.  It had a wing span of 585 mm and a total length of 956 mm. The body length (tip of snout to origin of tail) was 330 mm.  

The stomach and spiral valve contained two small squat lobsters, one hermit crab, and pieces of scallop shell.  The liver weighed 150 grams and the ray weighed 2384 grams gutted.
