Marine species photographed in the Ramsar Site surrounding Lihou Island off Guernsey's west coast. Most images were taken in tide-pools either side of the causeway linking Lihou Island to Guernsey at low water.
The sea urchin, Psammechinus miliaris, from under a cobble south of the Lihou Island causeway off the west coast of Guernsey. The red seaweed, Gastroclonium ovatum, grows in the upper left-hand corner of the image.
